Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Prospecting & lead list building: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build, clean, and segment high-intent lead lists based on ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Campaign execution: Set up, launch, and manage daily automated LinkedIn connection and messaging sequences using Meet Alfred
- Inbox & reply management: Monitor incoming responses in real time, answer initial prospect queries using pre-built reply playbooks, and share relevant collateral
- Warm prospect outreach & demo booking: Follow up with warm or interested prospects via quick phone/discovery calls to address questions, overcome objections, and pitch the value of directly booking a demo
- Performance tracking: Maintain daily/weekly performance logs, tracking connection rates, message response rates, calls made, and demos booked
- Optimization & A/B testing: Work with team leads to test different connection notes, follow-up angles, and call pitches to maximize meeting conversion rates
