Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based at Wings Biotech’s manufacturing facility in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

The Graphic

Designer will create and refine visual assets for product packaging, marketing materials, digital campaigns, and corporate communications, ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity. Daily tasks include designing graphics and layouts, developing logos and branding elements,



selecting typography, and preparing print-ready and digital files. The role also involves collaborating with marketing, product, and regulatory teams to align designs with brand guidelines and compliance requirements, managing multiple design projects, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, including layout, color theory, and visual composition.
- Experience in Pharma product design such as Foil Design, Carton Design, Logo Design, Newpproduct design
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and apply typefaces that enhance readability and brand expression.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating Pharma design work, preferably including packaging or healthcare/pharma-related projects.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and willingness to stay updated with design trends and best practices.
