Role Description The Graphic Designer role at The Website Makers is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for websites, e-commerce platforms, and social media, including layouts, icons, and imagery that align with client branding. Daily tasks include collaborating with web designers and developers, refining design concepts, preparing design files for implementation, and ensuring consistency across digital touchpoints. The role involves working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to translate requirements into clear, engaging visual designs.

Designer will also participate in brainstorms, contribute to design guidelines, and support ongoing improvements to the visual identity of client projects.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce high-quality digital visuals for web and social platforms.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and applying brand identities across multiple digital assets.
- Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of font selection, hierarchy, and readability in web and mobile interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar) and basic knowledge of web design principles.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team and communicate design concepts clearly to non-design stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, strong time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating web and digital design work; experience with UI elements or responsive layouts is a plus.
