Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging graphics, social media creatives, banners, posters, advertisements, and marketing materials.
- Design visual content for educational campaigns, courses, events, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Develop creative concepts and bring ideas to life through compelling designs.
- Create designs for social media platforms, websites, presentations, and other digital channels.
- Stay updated with current design trends and incorporate fresh ideas into creative work.
- Make revisions and improvements based on feedback from internal teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar design software.
- A positive creative sense with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
