The Role: Graphic Designer

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join us and help bring our clients' brands to life across social media- posts, stories, banners, promo content, the works. You'll be working closely with the founders day-to-day, jumping into concept discussions, turning briefs into real designs, tightening up layouts, and getting files ready to go live across platforms. Beyond social content, you'll also get involved in branding work- helping shape logos and making sure typography and visual style stay consistent everywhere a client shows up. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai.





We're a hands-on team, so we're looking for someone who wants to be in the room for the conversations, not just the deliverables.

What we're looking for

- Solid graphic design chops - you know how to make visuals that actually stop the scroll
- Experience with branding and logo design, and a sense for what makes an identity feel cohesive
- A good eye for typography - layout, readability, and consistency all matter to you
- Comfortable in the standard design toolkit (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar)
- A portfolio that shows original, brand-driven thinking, not just pretty templates
- Based in Mumbai and able to work on-site, with the ability to juggle a few projects at once without missing deadlines
- You communicate well, take feedback in stride, and enjoy the back-and-forth of refining a design
- A background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or similar - though we're just as happy to see strong practical experience instead
