Started by graduates of SRCC, LSR, and ISB — we are one of the fastest-growing fashion accessories brands in India. Within one year of operations, we've fulfilled more than 1,00,000 orders.

We are on a mission to make Salty the biggest accessories brand in India, and here is your chance to be a part of the core team of a young and energetic startup, as we build this rocketship.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a graphic designer who can enhance the design language at Salty. You will be responsible for ensuring that Salty's design language is synced across all platforms — be it website, social media, packaging, or emails/WhatsApp.

Your degree and background don't matter, but you should have a passion for design and all things beautiful.

Skills We're Looking For

- Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma (for web banners, templates, and easy handoff with the tech/marketing team)
- Comfort with Canva for rapid-turnaround social/WhatsApp content
- Understanding of print production fundamentals — bleed, dielines, CMYK color separation — for packaging design
- Solid grasp of typography, layout, and color theory
- Awareness of platform-specific design specs (Instagram/Meta ad formats,



Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra listing image requirements, email/WhatsApp template constraints)
- A portfolio (Behance, Instagram, or a Drive link) showcasing your design work is required to apply

What Are Your Responsibilities?

- Your work would not be restricted by canvas — you'll work across social media, web banners, written communication design (email/WhatsApp), and package design
- Ensure Salty's design language stays consistent across every platform and touchpoint
- Work closely with marketing, growth, and tech teams to execute campaigns on timeline

Requirements

- Innate design sense and an eye for detail
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- This is a work-from-office role - you should be willing to travel to Okhla Phase 3
- A portfolio link is mandatory with your application
