Graphic Designer – Company: Hoysala Sports Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing & Creative Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-Time Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating designs for trophies, awards, medals, social media, catalogues, brochures, visiting cards, promotional materials, and other marketing requirements . The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of CorelDRAW, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva , with an understanding of designs required for printing, laser engraving, and trophy customization.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign customized trophies, awards, medals, mementos, plaques, and certificates . Create artwork for laser engraving, UV printing, vinyl printing, and other production requirements . Prepare designs based on customer names, logos, event details, and customization requirements.

Create social media posts, reels covers, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives . Design catalogues, brochures, flyers, visiting cards, posters, and product presentations . Maintain consistent branding across all designs.

Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and production teams . Make design modifications based on customer or management feedback. Ensure correct spelling, dimensions, alignment, fonts, and artwork quality before sending designs for production.

Maintain organized files and templates for different products and customers.



Support the marketing team with creative ideas and promotional campaigns. Manage and update creative content for social media platforms when required.

Required

SkillsStrong knowledge of CorelDRAW – preferred.

Illustrator. Canva. Basic knowledge of video/reel editing is an advantage. Knowledge of vector artwork and file preparation for laser engraving . Good understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and branding.

Good attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines. Ability to handle multiple design requirements. Good communication and teamwork skills. Qualification & ExperienceDiploma/Degree/Certification in Graphic Design or a related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Candidates with experience in trophy, awards, printing, signage, gifting, or sports-related design will be given preference. Freshers with robust practical design skills may also be considered.
