Role Description The Graphic Designer is a full time, on-site role based in Tiruchirappalli, responsible for creating visual assets that support institutional branding, marketing, and communication initiatives. Daily tasks include designing graphics for digital and print media such as social media posts, brochures, banners, presentations, and event materials. The role involves collaborating with academic and administrative teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual designs aligned with KRGI’s brand guidelines.

Designer will manage multiple design projects, refine existing materials, and ensure consistency in visual identity across all platforms. The position also includes preparing files for production, coordinating with external vendors when required, and keeping design work aligned with institutional timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling content for digital and print channels.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive institutional identity.
- Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for clear, readable, and aesthetically balanced designs.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret briefs, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a portfolio demonstrating relevant design work.
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred; prior experience in education or institutional branding is an advantage.
