Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to identify new business opportunities, build robust client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business strategy, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Development:
Identify and pursue current business opportunities and markets.
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain solid relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends,



competitor strategies, and growth opportunities.
Prepare reports on market trends, sales forecasts, and business development insights.

Collaboration & Strategy Execution:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution of business strategies.
Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets.

Sales & Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients showcasing the company’s products/services.
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients.

Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on business development activities and performance.
Provide updates to senior management on sales efforts and achievements.

Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1+ years in business development, sales, or marketing.
Education: Graduation
