Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in New Delhi.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual assets for digital and print media, including marketing materials, course content, presentations, and social media campaigns aligned with Horizon’s brand identity.

Responsibilities include developing concepts and layouts, designing logos and branding elements, selecting typography and color schemes,



and preparing files for production. The role involves collaborating with learning, marketing, and consulting teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals and maintaining consistency across all design outputs.

The Graphic

Designer will also contribute to refining design guidelines and ensuring a high standard of visual communication.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visual assets for digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding, including development of visual identities and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition for professional learning and marketing materials.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Ability to interpret briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with attention to detail and a user-centric design approach.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field; experience in education, consulting, or healthcare domains is an advantage.
