About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer - Fresher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, and a willingness to learn and work on a variety of digital marketing and branding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging designs for social media posts, advertisements, banners, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop creative visual concepts based on brand requirements and campaign objectives.
- Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
- Make design modifications based on feedback and maintain consistency with brand guidelines.
- Support the team in creating marketing creatives, presentations, promotional materials, and other visual content.
- Stay updated with current design trends and digital content formats.
- Manage multiple design tasks and complete them within the given deadlines.
Requirements
- Freshers with a strong interest in graphic design are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools.
- Good understanding of typography, colours, layouts, and visual composition.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand instructions and incorporate feedback.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio of academic, personal or practice projects will be an added advantage.
