Role Description The Graphic Designer role at H&G; is a full-time, on-site position based in Cannanore.

The Graphic

Designer will create visual concepts for gift products, packaging, marketing materials, and digital assets that reflect the brand’s storytelling and premium positioning. Daily tasks include developing graphics and layouts, designing logos and branding elements, selecting typography, and preparing files for print and digital use. The role involves collaborating with the product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the customer experience.

Designer will also refine existing designs based on feedback and support the creation of seasonal campaigns and promotional materials.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to create consistent and memorable brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and readability for print and digital media.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or similar software).
- Portfolio demonstrating creative work for products, packaging, or marketing campaigns.
- Attention to detail, robust visual sense, and ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and meet deadlines.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
