Role Description The Graphic Designer (Digital + Print) & Video Editor is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna. In this position, the team member creates visual designs for digital platforms and print materials, including social media creatives, ad campaigns, brochures, posters, and other marketing collateral. The role involves designing brand identities and logos, selecting and applying appropriate typography, and ensuring visual consistency across all touchpoints.

The Video

Editor component includes editing video content for ads, social media, and brand films, adding motion graphics, and optimizing content for various formats.



Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with creative and marketing teams, interpreting briefs, preparing final production files, and delivering high-quality visual assets on schedule.

Qualifications

- Solid skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling digital and print materials.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for both digital and print media.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard design and video tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent).
- Ability to edit and produce engaging video content tailored for social media, advertising, and brand storytelling.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, print, and video work, with attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret briefs and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education or training in design, visual communication, multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
