Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time on-site at the Beanstalk Design studio in Kolkata.

Responsibilities include creating visual concepts for branding, social media campaigns, advertising materials, and print collaterals. The role involves designing logos, layouts, and typographic treatments, preparing assets for both digital platforms and print production, and ensuring brand consistency across all outputs.

The Graphic

Designer will collaborate with the creative team to translate client briefs into clear,



impactful visual designs, participate in brainstorming sessions, and refine designs based on feedback. The position also includes maintaining organized design files, meeting project deadlines, and staying informed about current design trends and best practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in visual design, including Graphics and Graphic Design skills.
- Demonstrated ability in Logo Design and Branding for diverse clients and industries.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout design for digital and print media.
- Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
- Portfolio showcasing creative, original work across branding, social media, and print projects.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong visual storytelling skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
