Role Description The Graduate Management Trainee role at Gobinkies is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The trainee will rotate across key business functions such as operations, marketing, customer experience, and product support to gain a holistic understanding of the pet products business. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting with data analysis, supporting project execution, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to process improvements.

The role will also involve collecting and summarizing customer feedback, preparing reports and presentations for management, and helping implement strategies that enhance product performance and brand experience.



The trainee will work closely with senior team members, receiving mentorship and training to develop into a future leader within the organization.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret data and summarize insights for decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear written and verbal communication and team-oriented teamwork.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
