Role Description The Graphic Design Intern will support the marketing and communications team by creating visual assets that align with Bandhan Agri’s brand and mission. This full-time, on-site role is based in the Pune Division and involves designing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, presentations, brochures, and product labels. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with team members to understand design requirements, developing logo concepts and branding elements,



and performing image editing and layout adjustments.

The intern will assist in maintaining brand consistency across all visual content and may participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for campaigns. The role offers exposure to agriculture-focused design projects and an opportunity to contribute to impactful sustainability messaging.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, engaging visual content.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to develop and refine brand identities and visual guidelines.
- Proficiency in Image Editing using common design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar software).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to follow brand standards, and openness to feedback and iterative design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team workplace.
- Interest in agriculture, sustainability, or social impact sectors is an advantage.
