Role Description The Google Ads & SEO Specialist is a full-time role responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads and SEO initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
- Performing SEO audits
- Implementing on-page and technical SEO improvements
- Managing link-building and outreach activities
- Tracking performance through analytics tools
- Preparing regular performance reports
- Making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and search visibility
- Collaborating with content, design,



and development teams
- Optimizing landing pages, ad copy, and website structure
- Staying updated with Google Ads, SEO trends, and algorithm changes

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of keyword research and on-page SEO
- Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing recommendations
- Understanding of link building and quality backlink outreach
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including bidding strategies, ad copy testing, and conversion tracking
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, SEO, or performance marketing
