Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Manage monthly advertising budgets ranging from ₹50 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore+.
- Optimize campaigns for ROAS, ROI, CPA, CAC, CTR and conversions.
- Develop and execute full-funnel paid marketing strategies.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets and creatives.
- Work closely with the creative team to guide ad concepts, hooks, formats, and creatives.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to scale profitable campaigns while maintaining strong ROI.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads.
- experience working with a D2C brand or E-commerce company.
- Proven experience managing ₹50 Lakh–₹1 Crore+ advertising budgets.
- Strong track record of achieving good ROI/ROAS.
- Excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, CAPI, retargeting, and attribution.
- Solid analytical and data-driven approach.
- Good understanding of e-commerce funnels and customer acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of paid acquisition.
