- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO required
- English Fluency: Strong verbal and written English communication skills for flawless dual-language interpretation.
- Technical Setup: Dedicated personal Laptop/Desktop with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Work Environment: A quiet, disturbance-free dedicated workspace at home suitable for professional calls.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide real-time consecutively/simultaneously interpreted conversations between target language speakers and English counter-parts.
- Maintain total accuracy, professional tone, cultural sensitivity, and complete context without missing vital information.
- Handle diverse industry scenarios with composure, adherence to strict confidentiality, and privacy guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction during every call session.
