- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German & English
- Mandatory B2-level German Language Certification –
- Prior experience in Customer Support, International Process, or language-based roles preferred
- Ability to communicate with customers professionally
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Positive interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
