Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive pre-operative assessments and formulate precise surgical treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

- Perform various surgical interventions, including but not limited to laparoscopic and hernia repairs, with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

- Manage post-operative care, monitor patient recovery, and address any complications that may arise during the healing process.

- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including anesthesiologists,



nurses, and other specialists, to ensure seamless patient management.

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in surgical techniques and technologies to continuously improve clinical practices.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in general surgery, demonstrating a proven track record of successful outcomes.

- Proficiency in core surgical disciplines, specifically General Surgery, laparoscopic procedures, and hernia repair techniques.

- Valid medical licensure and board certification required.

- Strong clinical judgment, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform under pressure.

- Excellent communication skills with the capacity to explain complex medical information to patients and their families clearly.
