About the RoleWe are looking for a General Manager – Operations to drive cross-functional business operations and ensure smooth coordination between Finance, Ecommerce, Sales, Procurement, HR, and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive overall business operations and execution.
- Track MIS, revenue, profitability, CM1/CM2, and key KPIs.
- Coordinate across departments and ensure accountability.
- Develop and implement SOPs and operational processes.
- Monitor procurement, inventory, collections, and working capital.
- Lead weekly performance reviews and ensure action closure.
- Support team performance, decision-making, and problem-solving.
Key SkillsOperations Management | MIS & Analytics | P&L; Understanding | Ecommerce/D2C | SOP & Process Management | Supply Chain | Team Leadership | Commercial Decision-Making | Problem Solving Preferred ExperienceExperience in Startups, D2C, Ecommerce, Consumer Electronics, Manufacturing, or Operations-heavy businesses is preferred.
