GenAI Developer

Location: PCS CHE, Chennai

Years of Experience: 7-10 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on GenAI Developer to create AI-powered applications, copilots, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions utilizing AWS AI services and Microsoft Copilot technologies. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in developing and integrating advanced AI solutions that enhance business processes and user experiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop GenAI applications using Bedrock and related AWS services, as well as Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
- Build conversational AI assistants and enterprise copilots to streamline operations.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases.
- Develop prompt templates and orchestration workflows to optimize AI interactions.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and APIs for seamless functionality.
- Build AI agents for task automation to improve efficiency.
- Optimize prompts, latency, token usage, and cost for maximum performance.
- Implement monitoring, logging,



and evaluation mechanisms to ensure system reliability.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills

- Expertise in AI/LLM skills including prompt engineering, RAG implementation, embeddings, vector search, and model evaluation basics.
- Expertise in AWS services such as Bedrock, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Advanced knowledge of Copilot technologies including Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Platform connectors.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or JavaScript, along with REST APIs, LangChain/LangGraph, Git, and CI/CD.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Service Dev Foundation is a deal breaker.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications in AI, AWS, or Microsoft technologies are a plus.
