Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with extensive knowledge in Generative AI (GenAI) and Claude. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing AI solutions that leverage advanced machine learning techniques. This role requires a deep understanding of GenAI technologies and their applications in real-world scenarios.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models focusing on Generative AI and Claude.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI opportunities.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.
- Optimize existing AI models for performance and scalability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Document processes, methodologies, and best practices for AI/ML projects.

Mandatory Skills

- Robust expertise in Generative AI and Claude.




- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience in deploying AI solutions in production environments.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Generative AI.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
