Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Trainer with a strong background in Gen AI to lead training initiatives focused on Generative AI concepts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLM), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain and LangGraph implementations, Agentic AI, and Cloud AI Services. This role is critical in enhancing our team's capabilities in cutting-edge AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Generative AI concepts and applications.
- Develop training materials and resources that effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on sessions to facilitate practical understanding of LLM, RAG, Langchain, and LangGraph.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and incorporate them into training content.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in Generative AI, specifically with LLM, RAG, Langchain, and LangGraph.
- Robust understanding of Agentic AI and Cloud AI Services.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing AI training programs or curricula.
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
- Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15-30 years of relevant experience in AI and Data Science.
- Proven track record of training and mentoring in a corporate environment.
