Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams of engineers, including overseeing performance appraisals, handling escalations, and driving team productivity and engagement.

Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software configuration management (SCM), version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket), and build/release management tools such as Bamboo, Artifactory, and UCD.

System Integration: Expertise in end-to-end system integration, especially in environments involving MQ, CIM, CD, and APIc, with experience managing integration across multiple upstream and downstream applications.

Cross-Platform Environments: Hands-on experience with Mainframe and Unix-based build and test environments, ensuring seamless application management across platforms.

Agile/Scrum: In-depth understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies,



with experience in managing iterative development cycles and promoting best practices for software delivery.

Security & Compliance: Strong experience in managing secured environments, including the use of SSL certificates, and ensuring adherence to security best practices.

Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Endevor, with experience in configuring and managing complex systems.

Communication & Documentation: Excellent communication and documentation skills, ensuring that all processes, configurations, and systems are clearly outlined and easily accessible for all stakeholders.

Audit & Compliance: Active experience in participating in both internal and client audits, ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations and standards.
