What This Role Actually IsYou’ll work on the core backend and architecture of a live healthcare platform dealing with:

- Medicine catalog (large-scale structured data)
- Diagnostic test aggregation and pricing
- Real-time integrations with labs, insurers, and vendors

This role involves solving data, performance, and integration challenges at scale — not routine feature delivery. What You’ll Own

- Build and evolve scalable backend systems using Laravel
- Design and optimize high-performance REST APIs
- Work with large, messy datasets and make them usable and fast
- Handle third-party integrations (labs, insurers, partners) end-to-end
- Debug and resolve production issues under real-world load
- Improve query performance, response times, and system reliability

Core Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

- 5+ years of hands-on PHP development
- Solid expertise in Laravel (architecture-level understanding, not just usage)




- Deep understanding of MySQL (joins, indexing, query tuning, schema design)
- Proven experience building and scaling production APIs
- Strong fundamentals in HTML, CSS, Tailwind
- Experience with Vue.js or React.js (working proficiency)
- Comfortable with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development

Working Hours:

- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
