We are a IT services company working with global clients on scalable products. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can own products end-to-end — from architecture to deployment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with minimum 5 years of experience in building and scaling web applications. You will be responsible for both frontend and backend development, cloud deployment, and production management.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using http://React.js, http://Node.js, Python, and Golang
- Build reusable, responsive frontend components with http://React.js / http://Next.js
- Develop robust backend services and RESTful / GraphQL APIs in http://Node.js, Python, and Golang
- Own complete deployment cycle — CI/CD setup, Docker, AWS deployment and monitoring
- Design and manage databases — both NoSQL (MongoDB) and SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL)
- Optimize application for performance, security and scalability
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices

Required Skills - Must Have (5+ Years):
- Frontend: Strong expertise in http://React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, Redux / Context API
- Backend:



Hands-on experience in Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (Django/FastAPI/Flask) AND Golang - at least 2 of these in production
- Databases: Solid experience with both MongoDB and SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) - schema design, indexing, optimization
- Cloud & DevOps: Proven experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFront, IAM). Must have done production deployment independently
- Deployment: Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / GitLab CI), Nginx, Linux server management
- Others: Git, REST APIs, Microservices architecture, WebSockets

Good to Have

- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform
- Experience with Redis, Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of System Design and High Availability architecture
- Experience working in an IT services / startup environment
