About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with solid hands-on experience in Python, FastAPI, and React to join our Engineering team.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the complete application lifecycle — from designing APIs and implementing backend business logic to developing responsive React interfaces and deploying reliable, production-ready features.

You will work closely with the engineering team to build scalable products, integrate third-party services, improve application performance, and contribute to technical planning and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build responsive, reusable, and user-friendly frontend components using React.
- Design and develop REST APIs, data models, validation rules, and background processing workflows.
- Implement business logic and integrate third-party APIs and services.
- Implement secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Work with SQL databases, ORM tools, schema migrations, and database optimization.
- Write unit/integration tests and ensure application reliability and maintainability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across both backend and frontend application layers.
- Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.
- Follow best practices for error handling, logging,



application security, and scalable architecture.
- Use Git and participate in code reviews and team-oriented development.
- Contribute to technical planning, estimation, requirement understanding, and Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
- Work independently to understand requirements and deliver production-ready features.
- Collaborate with other developers and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong programming fundamentals in Python.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI or a similar Python API framework.
- Strong frontend development experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
- Experience with ORM tools, database schemas, and migrations.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming and background processing.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, API security, and role-based access.
- Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD workflows.




- Good understanding of error handling, logging, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Ability to independently understand requirements and develop reliable, production-ready solutions.

Good to Have

- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience with Redis.
- Knowledge of Celery or other background job/task processing frameworks.
- Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
- Exposure to AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating AI/ML APIs or AI-powered features into web applications.
- Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time application development.
- Experience with application observability, monitoring, and performance profiling.
- Understanding of scalable API and system architecture.
