About the Role:

We're looking for full-stack engineers who want to own a product, not just close tickets. You'll take features from a blank page to production, make the calls on how they're built, and live with what you ship. AI is part of what we build and how we build, but we want a builder first: someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and takes real ownership. If you get restless being handed only pieces of a problem and you want to own the whole thing, you'll fit here.

What You'll Work On

- Build web applications using React / Next.js.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python / FastAPI.
- Integrate AI/LLM APIs, agents, OCR, PDFs, and document processing.
- Work with databases, cloud deployment, and production systems.
- Use AI coding tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and Cursor.
- Own features end-to-end:



Database → API → UI → Deployment.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of real software development experience.
- Solid Python / FastAPI skills.
- Good understanding of React / Next.js.
- Knowledge of AI/LLMs and API integration.
- Experience with databases and cloud deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and logical-thinking skills.
- Passion for product building and taking ownership.
- Personal projects, GitHub projects, or products you've built and shipped are a plus.

Good to Have

- Exposure to US Accounting / Taxation.
- Experience with RAG, AI agents, OCR, or document processing.
- Experience scaling or maintaining production applications.
