Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Front Line Sales role based in Cuttack. The role involves meeting potential customers, explaining health insurance products and benefits, and recommending suitable plans according to individual needs.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, generating leads through field visits and local networking, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners. The role also requires timely follow-up on inquiries, assisting customers with proposal forms and documentation,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance.

Front Line

Sales professionals may also support basic training and product awareness for new team members or partners and represent Care Health Insurance at local events or campaigns to build brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse customers and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities to handle queries, resolve issues, and provide a positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training capabilities to support basic team coordination, performance tracking, and product education when required.
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or field sales is preferred.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; a background in business or commerce is an advantage.
- Comfort with in office field work in Cuttack and familiarity with local markets is beneficial.
- Ability to use basic digital tools (email, mobile apps, CRM or sales tracking systems) and maintain accurate records.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
