Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for Freshers based in Chennai. The role involves actively participating in training sessions, workshops, and skill development programs organized by SMART Training Resources. Day-to-day responsibilities include attending classroom and practical sessions, completing assigned tasks and assessments, collaborating with trainers and peers, and applying learned concepts to real-world scenarios.





Freshers will also support basic administrative or coordination activities related to training programs when required and are expected to maintain a proactive, learning-focused attitude throughout the engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong willingness to learn and develop industry-relevant skills, with an openness to guidance and feedback.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact professionally with trainers and peers.
