Freelance IT Recruiter

Remote, Work from Anywhere

We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals to work as freelance recruiters on either a full time or part-time basis.

Responsibilities

- Source and identify qualified candidates for IT roles using a variety of methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking

- Screen candidates and assess their skills and experience.

- Conduct initial interviews with candidates

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

- Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview process

- Assist with the offer process and onboarding of new hires

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Experience in IT Technology Recruitment

- Strong understanding of the IT industry and the skills and qualifications required for various IT roles

- Ability to meet deadlines
