The Role

We're hiring a Junior Architect to work closely with the Principal Architect across the design process — from concept through documentation to site — and grow steadily into more independent, client-facing responsibility. This is a role for someone early in their career who wants real mentorship and exposure to a full project, should knowledge about UDCPR,PMC rules

What You'll Do

· Support development of architectural and interior design concepts.

· Prepare working drawings and construction documentation under guidance.

· Build 3D models, renders, and client presentation decks.

· Assist in coordinating with clients, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

· Join site visits to help track that design intent is being executed correctly.





· Work across every project phase, with growing ownership as you develop.

What We're Looking For

· B.Arch from a recognized university.

· 1–2 years of professional experience.

· Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills; rendering software.

· Good design sensibility and attention to detail.

· Clear communication and organisational skills — you'll be in the room for client and consultant conversations, even while learning.

· Based in or willing to relocate to Pune (on-site role).

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including drafting, space planning, and an understanding of building materials and construction methods.
- Candidates should possess basic skills related to Software Development and Integration as applied to architecture, such as familiarity with design tools, CAD/BIM software, and the ability to integrate drawings and data across project platforms.
- Candidates should possess introductory Project Management skills, including task tracking, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams under guidance.
- Relevant skills such as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or similar design software; knowledge of local building codes and regulations; and strong visualization and presentation abilities are beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, robust attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to collaborate effectively on-site in Pune Camp are required.
