Role Description:

This part-time in office role is for a Freelance Power BI Trainer based in Ghaziabad. The trainer will deliver structured Power BI sessions to learners, demonstrating data modeling, report creation, dashboards, and Power BI service usage through live instruction and hands-on exercises.

Responsibilities include preparing and updating training materials, designing practical projects, assessing learner progress,



and providing individual coaching and feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with Henry Harvin’s academic team to align course content with industry standards and may support promotional workshops or demo sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

- Strong skills in Training and Teaching, with experience delivering technical or analytics-focused programs.
- Coaching and mentoring skills to support diverse learners and help them apply Power BI concepts effectively.
- Basic Sales or consultative skills to conduct demos, engage prospective learners, and represent the course value.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, visualization best practices, and Power BI service.
- Prior experience as a trainer, faculty member, or corporate instructor in data analytics or business intelligence.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
