Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

We are looking for an experienced French - Business Analyst / Power BI / HR Functional Analyst. The member should be self-driven and have very positive French (Mandatory) & English communication and documentation skills.

In your role, you will be helping the product development by developing the product features that are envisioned by the SMEs based on the client needs. You will also help solve critical performance and technical challenges that come with an evolving enterprise application. You will do this in a team setting as part of a scaled agile team.





JD for Transversal role :

- Strong communication Skills and experience in client facing roles.
- Strong in Service Now and Jira.
- Experience in Incident Management and application support.
- Strong coordination skills and should be able to coordinate between multiple stakeholders to get the desired resolution.
- Should have a good attitude towards work and able to learn, upskill and perform if require.

Primary skills
- French & English Communication,
- Business requirement analysis,
- Requirement elicitation,
- Good communication, experience with writing good quality user stories and enabler stories, effective identification of the acceptance criteria.
- Working within Agile teams.
- Methodologies: Agile, SAFe
- Preferred domain: Retail ERP (in-store operations, points-of-sale and cash registers, Logistics flow, Pricing, Ordering), eCommerce, Supply chain
- Must have skill: Language Experts who is well versed in understanding and interpreting French language and translating this to English and vice-versa
