We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Automation Expert who can combine creative content, social media management and marketing automation to help us strengthen our digital presence and improve student and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

? Design engaging social media creatives, posts, reels and campaign content

? Plan and manage content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms

? Schedule and automate social media publishing

? Set up and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated email sequences

? Manage WhatsApp-based enquiry nurturing, follow-ups and customer engagement

? Build automated lead journeys from Enquiry → Follow-up → Counselling → Conversion

? Integrate lead forms, CRM, email, WhatsApp and marketing platforms wherever required

? Create landing-page and campaign workflows for webinars, study abroad, career counselling and other services

? Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads and conversions

? Recommend practical improvements based on data rather than vanity metrics

What We're Looking For The ideal professional should have hands-on experience with:

✔ Social media creative design and content management

✔ Canva / Adobe or similar design platforms





✔ Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn

✔ Social media scheduling and automation tools

✔ Email marketing and email automation platforms

✔ WhatsApp Business / WhatsApp automation

✔ CRM and lead-management workflows

✔ Marketing automation tools such as Zapier, Make or similar platforms

✔ Basic landing-page and lead-funnel management

✔ Analytics, reporting and conversion tracking

✔ AI tools for content, design and marketing productivity

Experience in Study Abroad, Education Consulting, EdTech, Training or Education Services will be an advantage.
