Our client, A well-established manufacturing company based in Moradabad is looking to bring on a Fractional Legal Head The Role

- Engagement: 1–2 days/week (fractional) in Moradbad
- Experience: 15–20 years in corporate/commercial legal roles, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or export-led industries

What You'll Own

- Contract drafting, vetting, and negotiation (vendor, customer, licensing)
- Regulatory and statutory compliance — corporate, labour, and industry-specific
- Corporate governance, board matters, and risk advisory
- Legal risk mitigation across domestic and export operations
- Building and mentoring the internal legal/compliance function

What We're Looking For

- A qualified corporate lawyer (LLB/LLM) with a solid track record advising manufacturing or industrial businesses
- Comfortable working directly with promoters/leadership in a lean, hands-on capacity
- Prior experience as General Counsel, Legal Head, or senior legal counsel at a mid-size manufacturing enterprise
- Thrives in a fractional/advisory model
