We’re assembling the Founding Investment Committee for The Founder’s Quest (TFQ).

Most founder ecosystems are built around who you know.

We’re building one around what you do.

The Founder’s Quest is a tier-based founder ecosystem where access is earned through structured evaluation, demonstrated hustle, and performance — not pedigree or warm introductions.

For our first cohort, we’re bringing together a small Investment Committee of experienced:

→ VC Investors

→ Angel Investors

→ Startup Founders

→ Senior Operators

→ Incubator / Accelerator Leaders

What will the IC do?

The TFQ team will conduct the initial screening.

The IC will provide an independent layer of judgment by:

→ Reviewing shortlisted founders

→ Challenging founder assumptions and business cases

→ Participating in selection discussions

→ Joining pitch and diligence sessions

→ Voting on founders progressing through the TFQ journey

→ Helping shape the selection framework for future cohorts

This is not just about reviewing pitch decks.





It’s about helping identify exceptional founders before they become obvious to everyone else.

What you get

This is not an employment position or a day-to-day operating role.

There is no salary or guaranteed monetary compensation for the role.

What you do get is a seat at the table while we’re building the table.

You’ll help shape how TFQ evaluates founders, engage with ambitious early-stage companies, and work alongside experienced investors, founders and operators.

Who should apply?

You may be a solid fit if you’ve built, backed, operated, or worked closely with early-stage companies and have a strong perspective on what separates exceptional founders from the rest.

We care more about judgment, experience and conviction than titles or pedigree.

The process The TFQ team will review applications and connect with shortlisted candidates for an initial conversation. Selected members will become part of the Founding Investment Committee for our first cohort.
