We are hiring for the role of Administrative Assistant

Location: Mumbai (HO)

Role -

- Act as a thought partner to the Founder(s) on strategic and operational priorities.

- Drive special projects and ensure timely execution across multiple business functions.

- Conduct research, prepare business presentations, and generate insights to support decision-making.

- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Product, etc.) to track progress on critical projects.

- Support investor relations, client communication, and external stakeholder management.

- Monitor business performance metrics and prepare regular reports/dashboards.

- Ensure effective follow-ups and closure of action items discussed in leadership meetings.

- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4 years of experience in administrative role reporting directly to upper management

- Superb written and verbal communication skills

- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn current software and systems





- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge

- Ability to keep company confidences

Budget: Upto LPA excluding other benefits like medical insurance.
