We’re Hiring: Founder’s Office – Business Growth & Strategy

We’re looking for a driven, proactive individual to work directly with the Founder across business development, company growth, personal branding and expansion.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants exposure to how businesses are actually built and scaled.

What you’ll be working on:

- Business Development: Lead generation, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, follow-ups and helping convert opportunities into clients.
- Company Growth: Identifying new revenue opportunities, partnerships, service offerings and strategies to strengthen our positioning in the digital space.
- Founder’s Personal Brand: Identifying PR, collaborations, speaking opportunities, podcasts, events and strategies to grow the Founder’s professional presence.
- Expansion: Researching recent markets,



industries, partnerships and opportunities to expand the agency.
- New Ventures: Working alongside the Founder on research, strategy and execution for other businesses and new ideas.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Proactive, commercially minded, confident with communication and cold outreach, great at research and follow-ups, and most importantly — someone who takes ownership.

This is not a traditional assistant role. You’ll be expected to think, suggest, execute and actively contribute towards growing the business.
