We are building a new cosmetics venture and are looking for an Intern to work directly with the Founder across marketing, brand strategy, business development and strategic initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to understand how a consumer brand is built from the ground up. The role will involve a mix of research, strategic thinking, execution, coordination and project ownership.

Key Responsibility

- Work closely with the Founder on marketing, brand, business development and strategic initiatives.
- Research markets, competitors, consumers and emerging trends to identify opportunities and actionable insights.
- Support the development of brand positioning, marketing strategy and go-to-market plans.
- Contribute to social media, digital marketing, content, campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Research and develop potential partnerships, collaborations and business development opportunities.
- Create presentations, business plans, market research reports, strategy documents and other management materials.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, partners and other external stakeholders.
- Track ongoing projects,



follow-ups and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and drive them from idea to execution.
- Participate in strategic discussions and bring independent ideas, observations and perspectives to the table.

Qualification & Skills

- Master’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media, digital marketing, content and brand building.
- Robust research, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take ownership.
- Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.
- Genuine interest in consumer brands, cosmetics, marketing, entrepreneurship and business strategy.
- Comfortable working across both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
