About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and organized fresher to join the Founder’s Office and work closely with the Founder on business operations, lead generation, and sales growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM and sales databases.
- Generate and research B2B leads using Apollo, LinkedIn, and other tools.
- Identify decision-makers and build targeted prospect lists.
- Execute email, LinkedIn, and messaging outreach campaigns.
- Manage post-event lead follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Track leads, follow-ups, responses, meetings, and pipeline activity.
- Prepare basic sales/operations reports and MIS.
- Conduct market and prospect research.
- Assist the Founder and sales team with business operations and growth initiatives.




- Explore and use AI tools and automation to improve productivity and processes.

What We’re Looking For

- Freshers / 0–1 year experience can apply.
- Good communication and written English.
- Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Interest in B2B Sales, Business Development, SaaS, IT, or Technology.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable learning new tools and working in a fast-paced environment.
