What is Creatr

Creatr builds production grade custom software for enterprises in days, not months. DeepBuild, the AI engine we built in-house, ships a working demo: code, infrastructure, tests, security. We deploy it, host it, and keep it running with a forward-deployed engineer, so customers never chase a developer again.

We are about 25 people in Bangalore with around 50 active clients: MSPs, qualified services firms, a state government, an ERP company serving schools across Africa, and mid-market operators in distribution, manufacturing, and retail. More than $70M of our customers' business revenue runs on software we built.

We are backed by Accel and All In Capital.

Why this role exists The Founder's Office at Creatr sits next to the CTO. It is a builder's seat, not a support seat.

You work directly with the CTO on the problems that decide how fast the company moves: the internal systems the company runs on, the AI agents and the harnesses they run inside, the experiments that decide what we do next, and whatever a team needs solved with technology this week. You see every part of the company from the inside, and your job is to make it move faster by building.

What you will do

- Build the company's operating system. Internal tools, automations, integrations and dashboards that replace manual work across sales, delivery, finance and compliance.

- Build harnesses for AI agents. The tooling, guardrails and pipelines our agents run inside, so their output can be trusted and reused.

- Turn ideas into working versions. When the CTO wants to test an idea, you build the first version,



put it in front of real users, and measure whether it worked.

- Execute strategies end to end. Take a plan from the founders and make it a running system with a number attached, then keep it running.

- Solve what nobody owns. Problems that cross functions or have no natural home land here.

What we are looking for

- Up to 2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates who have built and shipped are welcome.

- A developer first. Code of yours is public and someone else can run it.

- You have run something: an agency that built for real clients, or a startup with real users, in college or right after. It may have failed. We want the story.

- Prior startup exposure, even as an intern, is preferred.

- AI-native. You use tools like Claude Code and Cursor every day to build, and you can tell when they are wrong.

- A structured thinker and a clear writer. You turn ambiguity into a plan, and a plan into a short update.

- High ownership. You close loops without being chased, and you finish what you start.

- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.

What this is not

- Not an executive assistant or a coordination seat. No calendar, no travel, no note-taking.
- Not a product engineering seat. You are not on the product team's sprint.
- Not a strategy-only seat. You build what you propose.

Where this goes

You see how a company is run and scaled from the seat next to the CTO. What you build becomes the layer the company runs on. Where you go from there depends on what you turn out to be best at: platform, product, or running a function.
