Role Description The Founder Content Creator / Personal Brand Associate internship is an on-site role based in Chandigarh. The intern will work closely with the founder to develop and execute content that builds and strengthens the founder’s personal brand and enhances Workcave™ Coworking’s visibility. Day-to-day tasks may include planning and creating social media posts, writing captions and short-form content, assisting in recording and editing video or audio content, and supporting the founder in documenting daily activities and key initiatives.

The role will also involve researching trends in coworking, startups, and creator economy, engaging with the online community,



and collaborating on campaigns that highlight member stories and Workcave™ events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong content creation skills, including writing short-form copy, storytelling, and basic scriptwriting.
- Candidates should possess social media skills, such as managing profiles, posting consistently, and understanding platform-specific best practices (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Candidates should possess basic photo and video production skills, such as shooting footage, simple editing, and creating visually engaging content.
- Candidates should possess research and communication skills to understand audience needs, follow trends, and communicate ideas clearly with the founder and team.
- Candidates should possess organizational skills, including time management, planning content calendars, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant qualifications include an interest in startups, coworking, or personal branding; ongoing or completed studies in marketing, communications, media, or a related field; and comfort working on-site with a founder-led team.
