We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Accounting division as a FR Recruitment specialist. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, evaluating, and securing top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our financial operations. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring that our recruitment processes align with industry best practices while upholding the high standards of integrity and precision required in the accounting field.

This position is essential for building a robust team capable of driving financial excellence and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Partner with department leaders to define role specifications and talent requirements for various accounting and finance positions.

Execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to locate qualified candidates with specialized skills in financial reporting, auditing, and tax compliance.

Conduct thorough screening processes, including resume reviews, initial interviews, and skill assessments, to ensure candidate suitability.

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from candidate engagement to offer negotiation and final onboarding.





Maintain an up-to-date pipeline of potential candidates and cultivate relationships with professional networks within the accounting sector.

Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and reduce time-to-fill for critical accounting roles.

Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the accounting, finance, or professional services industry.

Strong understanding of the accounting landscape, including key roles, required certifications, and skill sets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contemporary recruitment tools.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
