About the role
We're hiring into our Founders' Office for someone with a solid biotechnology or chemistry background who also wants to build commercial and operational skills. This is a hands-on, all-rounder role spanning R&D;, operations, workshop delivery, and general business execution across our product and education lines.
Responsibilities
Maintain and develop our living algae cultures; build out R&D; workflows and day-to-day operations for our air purifiers as we scale.
Design, sell, and lead sustainability and science workshops for schools, drawing on your biotech/chemistry knowledge.
Support marketing,
content, sales, and supply chain wherever the business needs you.
Work directly with the founders across R&D; and operations projects in the Founders' Office.
Requirements
Strong foundational knowledge in Biotechnology, Chemistry, or an allied science (required).
Excellent English communication skills (required).
Confident sales and presentation skills; comfortable pitching to schools and clients.
Based in Mumbai, willing to travel for workshops and client visits.
Highly adaptable, hands-on, and energized by early-stage startup pace.
Location: Girgaon, South Mumbai. Full-time, in-person.
