Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Manager role based in Mengio. The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of all food service outlets, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and guest service.

Responsibilities include planning menus, coordinating with kitchen and service teams, managing inventory and procurement, and implementing cost-control measures. The role involves training and supervising staff, handling guest feedback, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.



The manager collaborates with other departments to support events, promotions, and an overall positive guest experience.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations, including menu planning and quality control.
- Demonstrated ability in Customer Service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and service recovery.
- Experience in Training team members, coaching staff, and maintaining performance standards.
- Proficiency in Budgeting, cost control, and basic financial reporting for F&B; operations.
- Relevant experience in hotel or resort food and beverage management, preferably in a similar setting.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
