Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fern Residency in Solapur. This role involves greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience. The associate supports day-to-day operations such as setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in service areas, coordinating with the kitchen team, and following safety and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities also include handling guest queries,



managing basic billing or payment procedures, and assisting with buffet setups, room service, and special events as required. The position requires consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and teamwork to maintain the hotel’s service standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Food Service and Food & Beverage operations skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Candidates should possess basic Culinary Skills and an understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Candidates should possess the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, including multitasking and time management skills.
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant food and beverage service is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; hospitality-related training or certification is an advantage.
