About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter & Mobile Application Developer with over three years of professional experience to join our dynamic mobile engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. Your expertise will contribute to building responsive, user-friendly interfaces and integrating complex hardware peripherals such as Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices.

You will collaborate closely with web developers, quality assurance teams, and product managers to deliver seamless, reliable mobile solutions that align with our company's mission to enhance healthcare accessibility and efficiency.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in mobile application development, with proven proficiency in both React Native and Flutter frameworks. Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and up-to-date state management techniques is essential. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of API integration,



offline data management, and native platform capabilities.

Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methodologies is highly desirable. Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and web technologies such as React is a plus. A background in native iOS and Android development, along with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable applications, will set candidates apart.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high performance and responsiveness on both iOS and Android devices.
- Implement scalable application architecture with robust state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc, adhering to clean code principles.
- Write comprehensive automated tests including unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
- Develop offline-first data persistence strategies and background synchronization workflows to provide seamless user experiences even with intermittent connectivity.
- Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) peripherals and external sensors, enabling real-time data streaming and device communication.
- Collaborate with native platform teams to develop and maintain platform-specific features, permissions, and integrations.




- Work closely with web engineering teams to ensure feature parity and consistent business logic across mobile and web applications, with familiarity in React and React Native being advantageous.
- Create intuitive, highly responsive UI/UX designs optimized for mobile and tablet screens, ensuring accessibility and usability standards are met.
- Support continuous integration and deployment processes by automating builds, managing release cycles, and deploying applications to app stores.
- Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and contribute to best practices in mobile development within the team.
